The Squad celebrates first birthday!

Our support and activity group for men, The Squad celebrated its first birthday last week with an open day.

Colleagues were present from the Wellbeing and Independence Network, Viaduct, NHS Public Health and Age UK who have all supported the work that TPA does in helping men who live with anxiety and depression support one another and enjoy a range of leisure activities.

The squad offers badminton, crafts, basketball, cooking classes, resilience sessions from TPA workers and more and meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month at The Rose Walker Centre. More information from Mark Emery on 07800 618976 or Sascha McDermott on 07423 432138
