Walthew House provides extensive support for people in Stockport who are blind, visually impaired, hard of hearing or have dual sensory loss. They provide information on helpful local services, practical assistance in filling in forms or making telephone calls, advice on equipment designed to help people with sensory loss and organise a number of social activities, ranging from bell ringing to ballroom dancing, which are held at Walthew House.
