Stockport Mind

Mind will help anyone in Stockport, aged 16 – 65, who is suffering directly or indirectly from mental distress or illness. They offer friendly, accessible support and information on local services, medications, treatments, complimentary therapies, individual rights and much, much more. They work towards a society where people who experience mental distress are supported in their recovery, free from stigma and discrimination, and where they are empowered to reach their full potential.



How Emma started working on improving her mental health, sorting her finances and developing a path back into employment after having her benefits withdrawn.
